About PMR Flooring
A specialized division of Property Maintenance and Renovation LLC, built to deliver durable, professional flooring installations for homes and commercial properties across Southern California.
Who We Are
PMR Flooring was founded to fill a gap in the Southern California flooring market — reliable, high-quality installations delivered on schedule, whether it's a single home remodel or a 200-unit apartment turn.
As a division of Property Maintenance and Renovation LLC, we bring the operational discipline of property maintenance to every flooring project. That means clear scopes, realistic timelines, and consistent results.
We work with homeowners who want their dream floors installed right. We work with property managers who need fast turns without cutting corners. And we work with commercial clients who can't afford downtime.
Family-Built. Quality-Driven.
PMR Flooring is a family business, founded and run by two brothers who grew up in the trades. We started this company because we saw too many property owners getting inconsistent results from contractors who over-promised and under-delivered.
We built PMR on a simple idea: show up when you say you will, do the work right, and treat every property like it's your own. That mindset drives everything we do — from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
When you work with PMR, you're working directly with the people who care most about the outcome. No layers of management, no runaround — just honest work and professional results.
